Romantic Movies – Day 18

Day 18:

Clueless

A lot of you may never have guessed this about me, but my friends Ashley & Amanda can tell you…. I was a valley girl.

That’s right, plaid skirts, jean skirts, mini skirts in general. Words such as “Whatever,” “As if,” & “Gag me with a spoon,” were heard falling from my lips. Ashley and I even used the phrases in conjunction with one another, & we would walk through a set of double doors as if we were half expecting a fan to blow our hair & everyone in the school to stop & stare at us like they do in the movies. Yup, we thought we were that cool. Lol! I literally had to make a concious effort to stop overusing the word “like.” It was so bad!! When I’m really excited I find myself slipping back into the habit.

I still love this movie, & it brings back all of those memories of my adolescence. This was also when I first discovered Paul Rudd, & I’ve loved him ever since.  He’s just so delightfully goofy!!!

If you want to remember what the 90’s were like, you’ll find it in this movie!!

Love & life lessons,

Kristian
