Friday Funday – Game On Challenge- Posted on a Sunday

Kristian tagged me in the fun challenge. You can read his post on this challenge below:

Kristian’s Friday Funday Challenge

This one is a bit dark, and if you know me at all, you know I have a love for the quirky and unusual! I love horror and you’ll often find me watching shows about murders and serial killers, well this challenge fits into the category, so follow along, won’t you?

The original Friday Funday-Game On You Name it post

In his own words:

Friday Funday Challenge – Game On – You Name It!

Friday Funday Challenge Created by A Guy Called Bloke and K9 Doodlepip!

We all like a bit of easy fun, if it’s not quotes, it’s prompts, or words of the day, well this is 20 questions!

Now, this is like in a way the old game of musical chairs with a twist. In that game it was a case of elimination of ‘players’, music and chairs, with one fewer chairs than players. When the music stopped, the person without a chair was eliminated from the game. Slowly over the duration of the game, more chairs were removed until there could be only one which was the winner.

With Game On – You Name It it’s slightly different ….

Each Friday l will ask 19 new questions, and nominate 3 bloggers of my own who will answer 16 of my questions, but insert 3 questions of their own and answer those as well, so that they are STILL answering 19 questions. They in turn will nominate 3 bloggers of their choice, who will answer 16 of the 19 questions asked by their nominator, insert 3 new questions and answer those and then choose 3 new bloggers. By the time the week is up, and the next time l design a new questionnaire, the old 19 questions should not resemble the previous weeks at all.

The Rules …

1] Thank the nominator – Thank you, Kristian. I’m really enjoying this challenge!

2] Answer Q1 – Q19

3] Nominate three bloggers of your choice and notify them.

4] Each selected blogger MUST answer 16 of the asked 19 questions, but also insert 3 new questions to make up the 19 compliment. Every time a new blogger is selected they MUST only answer 16 of the asked 19 questions as well as answer their own 3, and choose 3 new bloggers. Each time a new blogger sees the questionnaire it will be completely different to the next blogger along.

[Hint: delete three of the questions you don’t like or have no answer for and insert your own in its place]

5] Q20 & Q14  Must always remain intact.

The Questions:

1] If you were facing the death penalty what would be your last meal choice??

1/2 rack of BBQ ribs, crab cake, cheesy potatoes, and a slice of cherry pie.

2] Have you ever whispered Candyman five times in front of a mirror?

No, but I did whisper Bloody Mary in the mirror at a sleepover in middle school. Nothing happened, by the way, in case you were wondering. 😉

3] Have you ever had your tarot read?

No, but I’d like to. Just for kicks and giggles!

4] What unsolved murder unsettled you the most?

There is an Unsolved Mysteries episode about the disappearance/believed murder of a woman named Cathy Ford. This one disturbs me because it’s so close to my home, literally, it’s about a half an hour away. Also, she was the cousin to a childhood friend, and although, she didn’t remember her because she was so young, her dad was still really upset over it, as it was his niece. The mystery is still unsolved, but there’s lot of rumors that still flood our small town about who was responsible.

5] Would you sleep inside a coffin underground for a night?

Nope!

6] What is your best detective series?

BBC Sherlock!!!!!!! – Hands down!!!!

7] Is there a horror movie you simply could NEVER watch because of the advertising hype?

No, in fact, just the opposite, the scarier the better. I have yet to be completely terrified by a movie. While I can appreciate the creepy vibes and on the edge of your seat thrillers, when it’s over, it has no affect on me.

8] What is the worst nightmare you have ever experienced? – Describe.

I don’t really want to get into a lot of detail about my worst nightmare, but I will say it involves the devil and demonic possession. I don’t want to say anymore than that, because the nightmares do stay with me, and I’ve even considered speaking to a therapist about it, because they are so terrifying!

9] Are you afraid of clowns?

They creep me out for sure, but I wouldn’t say I have a phobia of them.

10] Would you agree to take part in a seance?

No. I don’t believe in that kind of stuff. I’m sorry if you do, I mean no offense, but I’ve watched SO many documentaries about mediums and how they work. It’s just a way for them to get your money. They are not real.

I do believe that we can feel the presence of our passed love ones, I have felt the spirit of my mom and grandma many times. I feel that doing a seance to speak to them would take away from the intimacy of me speaking to them directly, even though they are no longer here physically.

11] Of all the ways a person could commit murder which do you think is the worst? Why?

Burying someone alive. I think that would be a horrible way to die!!

12] If you were a detective investigating a murder what would your first steps be at the scene of a brutal death?

I would scan the entire room and pay attention to every detail I could, such as if the murder weapon is in the room, is it placed on the left or right side of the victims body, which way did the blood splatter, I would look for every possible clue that could aid in discovering the murderer,

13] Hanging, Injection, guillotine or firing squad what would you prefer?

Guillotine. It’s the quickest.

14] Which 3 questions will you be deleting to add your own in?

15, 17, & 18.

15] Is there justice in the death penalty, or is it pointless?

I think that there can be justice in the death penalty, but unfortunately, I think sometimes it’s not justified.

16] Do you look guilty?

No. I always look sweet and innocent! 🙂

17] If the purge was real, would you hide yourself in a bunker, or would you participate?

I would hide. Not that there aren’t people who have wronged me, but I’d rather not have blood on my hands, and more than likely, I’m not the only person they’ve wronged, so I’m sure they’ll get theirs! This is just one of the reasons why it’s good to be kind to others!

18] Do you think victims of rape or abuse should have the right to murder their attacker?

As long as it has been legally proven that the attacker is guilty, absolutely! Or at least, the victim should have the right to chose their attacker’s punishment.

19] What is the best way to test for a psychopath?

Personally, I think the best way to test for a psychopath is to see if they lack a conscious or empathy. If they feel absolutely no guilt or remorse for their wrong doings, or they have no empathy for others, they genuinely don’t care or have no regards for the people and places around them.

20] The three bloggers you are nominating are?

Love and Life Lessons,

Kristian
