You have a magical way of putting love into words. And you are correct, winter does look good on you!

  3. I so enjoy reading your words about love, I guess because your words accurately reflect some of my own thoughts. I couldn’t help but chuckle at a salt and battery and ‘stole’ that to share on my Facebook page. And I agree that Antietam is truly the most amazing battlefield, one where the blood shed seeped through to top layers of soil, where they lift up in whispered spirit to anyone who is open to sense them. I remember with clarity my visit there, though it was 20+ years ago, and the one moment where I would swear a young, naive soldier met me on that hallowed field.

Thank you so much, my friend! I am happy my words speak to you!

Haha. I am glad you enjoyed the salt and battery. Clearly, we are easily amused! (Best way to be)!

There is definitely a chill at Antietam. One, as you mentioned, if you are open enough to sense the spirits, will stick with you!
