Dreams to Remember

Last night, I had a wonderful dream

the lead-up is unclear

but I remember the moonlight

filtering through the shades on the bedroom window

highlighting the dimple in your cheek

and your eyes, peering into my soul

The air was cold and nipped my skin

but it was your fire

that caused me to shiver

You moved over me.

Beneath me.

Inside me.

One of your hands gripped my thigh

and the other held my hand

above my head, our fingers interlaced

Your lips traveled the length of my neck

and I woke with your name

falling from my lips

and a prayer in my heart

Spectacular! The form, the flow, the feelings are beautifully rendered. I am more than a little jelly!

Do you think it was something you ate Madam K/ I hear that eating some cheese at night can create a funny reaction to your dreams. I mean Bram Stoker is a living example of such fine tidings. Humour aside, nicely done Madam Saucy πŸ™‚
