Girls nights consist of laughter, movies, and enormous crab cakes!

Sunday’s are for leisurely walks

Doing my part to save the post office. I’ll be sending out letters to my pen pals soon! I am seriously nerding out over those Walt Whitman stamps though!

I always love your photography and I will admit that the photo of that luscious Maryland crab cake made me immediately want one. But my favorite is Day 307 because of the socks!

If 304 is you hot and sweaty – l hate to see one when you are seriously overheated – you don’t look out of breath.

I do half an hour of cardio (power walk or high intensity dance,) 30 minutes of core yoga, and kettlebells for as long as my body will allow. It’s been between 15 & 20 minutes, but today is the first day I’ve rested all week, so I’m doing really well. Had to listen to my body though. My muscles need a break, so it’s stretching and jacuzzi soaking today.

Wow, that’s a huge burnoff, why do you need to lose that many?
Working on 3500 cal to a pound of weight you ‘re losing between 1-2 pound a week then?

The last time I weighed myself I lost 3 lbs, but I’m avoiding the scales because my weight fluctuates a lot when I work out, so I’d rather weigh myself every 3 to 4 weeks, otherwise I’ll get discouraged. I’ve been celebrating non scale victories. I can tell I’ve lost weight in my face & my pants are starting to get loose.
I just want to be healthier & I guess I don’t need to lose that many but I’m really enjoying this workout, so I’ve been sticking with it.

Excellent news, l have started a series also called Saga of the furry football – where l am trying to lose 14 pounds – l have lost four pounds already through walking twice daily and recently started exercising on an indoor bike. I don’t really need to lose 14 pounds, well not now anyway, ideal 9 would be fine, but l wanted to feel healthier for me too 🙂
I have noticed the difference already also 🙂
