Days 37 – 50
“After The Ice Storm”
“Maggie Louise Chocolates”
My sister-in-law sends us these beautiful chocolates every year! Not only do they look so pretty, but they taste just as delicious!
I still couldn’t get my Cricut to work, but I had already embossed my cards and had my heart set on making these, and I didn’t want to just give up, so I did them all by hand, cutting out all of the ovals with an X-Acto knife.
“Raspberry Linzer Cookies”
Amanda and I get together every year, as per tradition to bake cookies for Christmas. This was our 6th year. This was my first time making these cookies, the shortbread is a little thick, but it was super soft & so good! Not bad for my first time!!
“Walking In A Winter Wonderland.”
“Cookies Packaged And Ready To Be Delivered.”
“Handmade Christmas Cards”
Every year since we started dating, Neil and I have exchanged Christmas ornaments. This was mine this year, well technically last year now.
One of my favorite things is to take left over dishes and turn them into another meal.
“Trying Some New Tea”
Remember how I mentioned in one of my award posts that I tried a new tea the other day? Yeah, well, this is it! I party hard, I know! Haha. This was a gift from my West Coast family!! ❤
“Gnome, Sweet Gnome”
Amanda got me this little guy for Christmas, and I absolutely adore him!! ❤
“Sifted Powdered Sugar Looks Like Snow”
“Cool Soap Bar From Lush”
“Last Selfie Of The Decade”
I spent New Year’s Eve curled up on my sofa, watching The Twilight Zone Marathon and The Ball Drop, and I was perfectly content! Happy New Year, everyone!!
I love Lush bath products, especially when the bath bombs make the water look like art!
I love looking for different pictures to take, and trying to find inspiration. I thought this frosted window was kind of pretty!
While dancing around my kitchen while I was cooking I spotted this beautiful sunset, and I had to snap a picture of the view!
More homemade cookies. These are London Fog cookies, which are Earl Grey shortbread with a lavender glaze
Our 2019 annual cookie baking spread!!
Christen surprised me with this beautiful snowflake mug!! I now own my first piece of pottery from Elan Pottery, a small business out of Frederick, Maryland, which is a mutual favorite between Christen & I! ❤
The sunrise on Christmas morning!
