Days 23 – 29
Day 23
“Enjoying a Drink With the Beatles.”
Neil’s aunt bought me a set of Beatles glasses one year for Christmas, and I absolutely love them!! ❤
Day 24
“Another Glorious Sunset”
If you haven’t already figured it out, I have an obsession with sunsets and sunrises.
Day 25
“Tea Time”
For those of you on Instagram, you may have scene photographs of scenes with particular themes, such as books, Christmas, etc… This is my take on one of those types of photos, and this particular photo was inspired by my friend, Christen.
Day 26
“Charlie Brown Window Display”
Amanda & I went on our traditional Christmas shopping trip last weekend. We stayed local and shopped small. It was a nostalgic experience roaming the streets of downtown Oakland with the friend I’ve had since my middle school days. Especially seeing all of the window displays. One of the things I truly love about this small town, it’s like taking a step back in time. Of course, this was my favorite window display!
Day 27
“Awestruck”
Day 28
“A Handmade Card for a Very Special Person <3”
I made this card for my husband, the font isn’t perfecting, but I was kind of going for that childlike Peanuts feel on this one. These are not the cards everyone else is getting, but I wanted a special touch on a gift I bought for my husband. I think this will do the trick!
Day 29
“Christmas at the Office”
My 2020 planner came and it was like opening a Christmas gift! In addition to Sunsets and sunrises, I also have a bit of an obsession with planners, calendars, and just office supplies in general!
Thank you for stopping by! I hope all of you have a wonderful day!!
Love & life lessons,
Kristian
I love office supplies too! 😊❤ This year I bought 2 fancy daily planners and one basic one, and ended up using the basic one the most! The cookies look amazing too! Are they homemade?

No, those are store bought, but I’m going to attempt to make my own version of them this weekend! I will post my results! They will either look incredible or make for a good laugh! Haha!!

I’m sure you can pull it off. You’ve made some really impressive cookies! My grandmother uses to make cookies similar to the ones featured here. I don’t have a recipe but I’m guessing they are like shortbread with jam in them?

Pretty much! They are a mix between shortbread and sugar cookies. They are softer than a traditional shortbread, but more chewy than a sugar cookie. They are also spiced, so shortbread/gingerbread/sugar cookie. Lol, and yes, filled with jam. They’re called Linzer cookies.
