There is something to be said for female wolves,
the way they make it look so easy.
As if protecting their tribe with bare teeth
sinking in tissue and flesh is as easy
as dining on a 5 course meal.
I like their lady-like saunter, head held high,
queens of the forest.
But mostly, if I’m being truly honest,
I like that they’re female.
As if this large, dangerous animal
is also a part of me.
That somewhere in this delicate skin
lies a ferocious heart of a wolf.
Don’t you want to believe it?
Don’t you want to remove my shirt and
see her, teeth barred, thinking,
no, knowing, that she will
stop at nothing
to protect what’s hers.

Wolf like skin and lovely FUR!
Being scary like wolf to protect tribe from enemy, is called bravery.
NICE 😀
