Hello all of you beautiful souls!
Today marks exactly 30 days until mine & Nova’s blog party! We are beside ourselves with excitement, we just can’t wait!
So we are kicking things off with a 30 day countdown starting today!!
I am starting the countdown off with a photo prompt. I was inspired as soon as I saw the picture, and I hope you are too!
The Rules:
Let’s not call them rules, maybe guidelines…..
I am not putting any limitations on this. You may write as many words as you see fit. It can be a short story, poem, a paragraph, whatever your heart desires. There is also no specific genre, but you get bonus points from me if it’s horror. I LOVE a good horror story!!
How It Works:
Write a story, poem, whatever you choose.
Use #fallingintoautumn
Please link this post to your post so that I don’t miss it, and some pingbacks don’t seem to be working, so it would also be helpful if you provide a link to your post in the comment section.
On Sunday I will be sharing the participants post on my blog, as well as the story I write for this photo!
Most importantly, have fun!!
Let’s celebrate my favorite time of year!!
Love & life lessons,
Kristian
I love the photo. I don’t think I have it in me to write anything like horror, but I would love to work on something else for your prompt.

Oh, you don’t have to do horror. I’m not good at writing it either. Please feel free to do whatever you like! I was sorta joking about the horror piece anyway. You know I’m a sucker for romance, & all things fall! I’m happy to have you participate!

I just published a post in response to your fab photo prompt.
At first I thought I was going to write something inspired by a book I have just finished reading. The last chapter had a rescue scene set at a lake.
But in the end I have chosen to make it the setting of a conversation between the character in my fictional story, Annabelle Riley and Chris who has become a great friend.
