Magic Man

What is this magic that I feel?

With your old fashioned charms

And your sharp wit,

My breath, you managed to steal.

Where did you come from human?

These dreams have been happening every night.

You, me, and a lake.

The revelry between us brings such delight.

3 AM thoughts consume my brain,

Always of you, my dear.

Your sweet words I read at night,

Are the words I long to hear.

Magic man please lend me your ear,

And talk with me a while.

It’s not my fault, you reeled me in.

Chocolate eyes & a tender smile.
