LB & K’s Blockbuster Challenge – Day 16

LB & K Blockbuster Challenge

Welcome back!

Day 16

Favorite Classic (pre-1970) bblockbuster:

Once again, I can’t pick just one…especially the classics, they’re my favorites!

  • Frankenstein (1931)
  • Gone With the Wind (1939) – I realize this movie is historically inaccurate, but to quote the movie: “Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn.”
  • Fantasia (1940)
  • Rear Window (1959) – I LOVE this movie!! I’m a big Alfred Hitchcock and James Stewart fan!
  • Ben-Hur (1959)
  • West Side Story (1961)
  • The Sound of Music (1965)
  • 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)

**Honorable Mentions:

(These are not blockbusters, but they are still some of my all time favorite films, and I feel they deserve mentioning)

  • Nosferatu (1922)
  • Dracula (1931)
  • Casablanca (1942)
  • It’s A Wonderful Life (1946)
  • White Christmas (1954)
  • Mary Poppins (1964)

What about you? What’s your favorite classic blockbuster?

Love & Life Lessons,

Kristian
