Week 19: Health
I am very grateful for my health. For the most part I am a very healthy person. I need to get back on track with my exercising, and losing some weight, but other than that everything else is good. I am very fortunate and blessed to not have to struggle with the many health issues my mom had or unfortunately my husband has had to endure in his short life. I’m very blessed to be relatively healthy. I need to start being more grateful and taking better care of myself; so that when I’m old and gray I can still be healthy. I don’t mind living to be an old woman as long as I have my mind and my health!
